2025-2026 Professional Development Program (PDP) Application period starts September 1, 2025.
The 大象传媒, the Local Planning & Advisory Council for Early Care and Education (LPC), and First 5 大象传媒 Costa are continuing to align efforts to provide financial support to complete college units and professional development hours for all 大象传媒 Costa early care and education (ECE) professionals.
Our intent is to simplify and streamline professional development and incentive opportunities for our local workforce and to proactively respond and integrate input received from our local ECE workforce to improve access and participation in the Professional Development Program (PDP) activities.
